Building Culture And Student Awareness Using Video

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

We all know that to empower students they must be actively involved, and that is no different when it comes to classroom culture. Learner success is enhanced when you build a positive environment within your subject arena. In this BYOD workshop you will learn how the presenter uses student created videos to help her pupils become more self aware, publicise and recruit for her program, and inspires a team first classroom culture while reinforcing curriculum. You will also receive a framework for student led video projects including a timeline, rubrics and ideas for culminating events that you can modify for your own classroom. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1wp8ysVg7B-scqprZs70u7niRZXwKn3qMdjvhZDn0tzQ/edit?usp=sharing
