Providing technology experiences for our youngest students is important, but often challenging because of their age and ability level. There are ways to break down the barriers that exist! Learn how to set up Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade students for success by facilitating pre-device experiences that will ease the transition to technology usage. Once students are ready to interact with devices, learn how to set up your primary classroom for digital success by putting in place procedures that empower students to have independent success.

Participants will learn about and discuss importance of early literacy in technology success, login strategies, policies and procedures for using technology with primary students, and appropriate programs for primary student technology usage.
