In this world where information, creation, and discovery are taking place faster and access to devices, is a standard instead of a luxury. We realize this can be intimidating or overwhelming for teachers. We see this as an opportunity that allows for creative and engaging teaching IF you know the best methods and tools. In this session, attendees will learn about various classroom response programs that allow learners to answer and share responses in real time, giving teachers formative assessment data, and the opportunity to communicate with all students throughout class. Strategies will be shared that explain different methods using CRS, including Choose-your-own Adventure teaching, critical thinking activities, and student-driven “agile” lecturing. If you want to engage your students and fully maximize the benefits of a 1:1 student/laptop environment, be sure to attend this session!
