Moving into the role as an Instructional Technology Coach was exciting, terrifying, and confusing all rolled into one. What would I be able to do? Would my staff be perceptive? Would I make my administration and coordinator proud?

I quickly found out what I thought I would be doing was not the case. I had to stop, rethink my approach, and start over - 4 MONTHS IN!

This session will go over what worked, what didn't, and what I am looking forward to trying in the years to come.
