Welcome!

The VSTE Board of Directors and Conference Committee are excited to have you join us at the 32nd Annual Technology in Education Conference. #VSTE17 promises to be the best ever.

Use the schedule to plan your conference. VSTE will NOT be providing a printed copy of the schedule so if you prefer paper, please print your own. If you create an account with sched.com, you can save and share your favorites as well as print a personalized schdule.

IMPORTANT: While we encourage you to save and share, indicating interest in a session DOES NOT guarantee a seat in a session. All sessions, with the exception of Promethean’s Escape Room, are first come, first served.

CodeVA
Engagement Strategist - Educator Programs
Richmond, Virginia
As Engagement Strategist for CodeVA's Professional Learning department, I connect with Virginia educators, school administration and regional Hub partners to support meaningful participation in computer science integration professional learning experiences. CodeVA's mission is to help ensure that ALL Virginia students can equitably access computer science education from PreK - 12+, and empower teachers to integrate computer science in any and all subjects is core to that goal. We offer FREE or low cost professional learning year-round, and support the annual statewide Computer Science Educator of the Year award during Computer Science Education Week in early December. I am eager to help make access to professional learning and CodeVA support easy, welcoming, inclusive and purposeful.
